Discretion is very important to us, and to our customers. Any orders, requests, payments or queries will be handled discreetly and confidentially.
Delivery Timeframe
At The Honey Lounge, we understand how important it is to receive your items* quickly, hence we always aim to have them delivered within the estimated delivery window:
- Australian Metro Areas: 3 to 4 business days
- Australian Remote Areas: To be confirmed with you on dispatch
- NZ: To be confirmed with you on dispatch.
Note: The Honey Lounge currently only delivers to addresses in Australia and New Zealand.
Note: ABDL items and Diapers may take up to 3 weeks for delivery (depending on stock availability and any COVID delays).
Australia Post - Track your items
Orders delivered via Australia Post will have a courier tracking number, which will be emailed to you once it is dispatched. You can follow the delivery of your items by entering your tracking number at auspost.com.au/mypost/track.
Note: If an alternative service is used, we will advise you as soon as your order is dispatched, and provide you with the tracking details.
Multiple items
If you have ordered multiple items, it is possible that you may receive more than one delivery for your order. We always try to bundle these into one delivery for you, but sometimes this might not always be possible.
Shipping / Delivery Charge
Our delivery charge is based on the value of your order and delivery location. This will be quoted to you at the time of purchase.
Most* items will be eligible for Express Post delivery:
